HOW
TO ORDER YOUR EARLY START SUBSCRIPTION
- We recommend that new orders be placed by
the first of the month prior to the month you wish to begin
your subscription to guarantee on-time delivery. However, we
will continue to process and ship orders after the first of
the month as long as supplies last.
- Orders are
shipped via U.S. Mail near the 10th of the month before
the subscription month and you should receive your order
no later than the 25th. If you would like for your order
to be sent First Class, please call us for
additional shipping charges.
- You do not
have to remember to order each month. After your
initial order you will continue to receive the same order
each month until you change or cancel your order.
Changes or cancellations must be received by the first of
the month prior to the month you wish to change or cancel.
You are free to change your quantities as your enrollment
increases or decreases.
- If you wish
to pay by check or money order, please complete the order
form, print it, and mail it along with your payment for
the first month. Subsequent orders will have an invoice
enclosed.
- We accept
VISA , MasterCard and Discover to expedite your first order over the
phone or internet. After your first order, there will be
an invoice enclosed with each subsequent order. If you
want the amount due charged to your credit /debit card each
month, you must notify us, otherwise you will be expected
to pay by check or money order. Any charges made after
the initial order will incur a 5% processing fee. Any
cancelled order not paid within 30 days of final bill will
be charged to your credit/debit card. Returns are not accepted
in place of payment.

answer calls Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern
time. Hours may vary during holidays or staff vacations.
