Level
C material is recommended for average and above average
4th, 5th and 6th grade students and for remediation in grades 7, 8
and 9.
To the
right is a sample page from MATH FUN, Level C. This
level provides drill and practice on basic addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division facts. Problems in this level contain
regrouping in both addition and subtraction. Other activities
involve area, pattern recognition, and completing number series.
All activities are designed to develop the student's ability to
think and use computational skills.

level offers a continued opportunity to use skills mastered in
grades K-3: development of vocabulary, word attack skills, and
comprehension at the 4th through 6th grade levels. This
publication includes additional work with reading in the content
area.
